ME, ACCORDING TO THE WORLD.

I am Kristen Livolsi Hutchins. My friends call me Krit. Hi there, friend! I excel at creating innovative, breakthrough work in traditional, social and digital spaces that all ultimately lead to an enhanced customer experience for consumers. I do this by being a cool, creative storyteller who specializes in crafting strategic content to create successful brands. (And clearly, I like alliteration!)

I mentor and lead creatives in advertising agencies and in-house agencies to do the best work of their careers. I absolutely love doing great work with great people! And, I’ve won a bunch of awards for these efforts along the way including: One Show, Communication Arts, Graphis, Archive, Mosaic Award and an avalanche of American Advertising Awards (formerly known as Addy’s).

I like strange letter combinations and words. I keep a list of my faves: macabre, ennui, hoi polloi, chum (like shark bait).

I wish Shakespeare had written a version of the Bible since all of his works seem to adapt to modern society.

I’ve seen The Princess Bride, The Godfather I & II, Pitch Perfect and Frozen more than any other movies. But I like Young Frankenstein the best.

I’m down with demigorgons, dragons & doppio espressos.

I named my daughter after a spaceship in the 1968 movie called “Journey to the Prehistoric Planet” starring Basil Rathbone.

I named my son after Jerry Lee Lewis and David Lee Roth.

I think when you use plates, you should take them from the bottom, because you always put the most recently used ones on top. This way, they all get used.

I like window seats. And trains. And window seats on trains.

I am currently learning to belly dance, to cook with more shallots and to perfect an assortment of TikTok challenges with my kiddos.

I believe I can do anything. (except that milk crate challenge, that’s just stupidity)
